Damages and Product related Issues

We kindly request you to carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. This will allow us to promptly address the issue and ensure that it is resolved to your satisfaction.

  1. Defective Product: If the product you received is defective, we will gladly accept a refund request. Please notify us within seven days of purchase and return the product in its original received condition.
  2. Unopened Product: If you decide not to use the product and it remains unopened, we will consider a refund request. The product must be returned within seven days of the purchase date, and it should be in its original, unopened condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
